Something wrong with Stone Way Cafe? Wrong hours, somewhere that closed, a listing you want taken down, something confusing, or an idea: it all goes to a person, and a listing that is wrong gets fixed.
What happens next
A person reads it, usually the same day. If you left an email you get a reply within a day. If a listing is wrong we correct it, and if you asked for a listing to come down, it comes down within a day, no reason needed, and it stays down: we hide the listing and its items rather than delete them, so the next import from OpenStreetMap does not put it back.
