This customer had a few different rings they were trying to incorporate different design details into, so we helped them narrow things down by providing basic sketches first (last photo). They loved that design, so we moved it forward into CAD using the diamond of their choice. We helped the customer decide on key design details like a milgrain border edge around the stones and a central marquise diamond.
