Orange & Black Tinsel Scalloped Garland

Available from The Red Balloon Company when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

A memorable Halloween party experience begins with dramatic detail. This statement tinsel garland really delivers, with shimmering foil fringes in classic seasonal shades of orange and black that catch the light and gently sway wherever they're hung. Scalloped shapes and an orange glitter ribbon add a bold decorative finish. Ideal for styling a porch, window or party room where it can softly flutter. Reusable, simply pack away and bring out year after year for a striking Halloween look.
