Chess Pie is a traditional Southern buttery custard pie. Its main ingredients are eggs, butter, and sugar- yielding a velvety smooth texture. The Horchata Chess pie is inspired by the delicious Mexican cinnamon-vanilla rice milk drink. This pie is insanely delicious and has a cult following at the farmers markets!
