This vegan shokupan is crafted with entirely plant-based ingredients. The special Tangzhong technique we employ makes the bread extremely soft and fluffy while retaining a nice chewy texture. Its uncut loaf design makes it versatile for a variety of recipes, from sandwiches to toast.
