100 gram bar - New York, NY Dark chocolate and espresso meet at full intensity in this richly aromatic bar from Chocolat Moderne. A 65% cacao blend of fine Valrhona dark chocolates provides a deep, smooth chocolate base, while crunchy pieces of butter toffee are infused with espresso for an unmistakably robust coffee character. As the chocolate melts, the espresso comes forward with the aroma and intensity of freshly brewed coffee, followed by caramelized butter and sugar from the crisp toffee.
