MURI Passing Clouds is a sparkling non-alcoholic blend from Copenhagen built around fermented gooseberry, white currant, quince kefir, jasmine tea, foraged woodruff, geranium, and barley malt kvass. Fresh green fruit and delicate florals meet juicy acidity, with hints of honey, herbs, and a soft, rounded texture through the mid-palate. Clean, lightly tannic, and gently herbaceous on the finish, it has enough structure for the dinner table while still feeling wonderfully bright and celebratory. M
