75 g bar - Chiang Mai, Thailand Siamaya’s 70% Signature Dark Chocolate is made with cacao grown in Northern Thailand, where careful farming and distinctive fermentation bring out an unusually vivid fruit character in the beans. The result is a smooth, balanced dark chocolate with notes of red berries, cherry, and wine layered over a rich chocolate base. Compared with the more intense 85% bar, this 70% version has a silkier texture and a little more sweetness, giving the fruit and subtle spice no
