This framed work shows three figures performing the tarantella: a seated woman playing a tambourine, a woman dancing with one arm raised, and a man mid-step. The figures are colored in soft washes of blue, white, and red over a pale ground, with an Italian caption inscribed beneath the image. It sits behind glass in a narrow dark-toned frame.
