58 g bar – Paris, France Dark chocolate and black currant are natural partners, but Ara’s Cassis bar makes the combination particularly vivid. Ara starts with 70% single-origin dark chocolate and adds real French cassis from Burgundy, drying the fruit and pressing it directly onto the back of the bar.
