Every day, we pour our hearts into crafting small batches of this special sausage. We start with vegetarian-fed pigs and blend them with Uli’s unique spice recipe from his village in Holshausen – Siegerland. The result is a mild, incredibly flavorful sausage that can be used in countless ways.
