Grown in the mineral-rich high peaks of Northern Rwanda, this exceptional washed Bourbon comes from the renowned Dukunde Kawa cooperative. Sitting at a breathtaking 2,020+ meters, the Mbilima washing station benefits from a cool microclimate that slows cherry ripening, allowing deep, complex sugars to develop late into the harvest season. Dukunde Kawa is a beacon for sustainable specialty coffee-over 80% of its workforce is women, and the cooperative holds multiple awards for both sustainability
