This trio of stones creates a playfully elegant and one-of-a-kind Dorette ring. A round natural diamond sapphire and tiny green sapphire are set on either side of the oval purple sapphire. The three stones are set in 18K yellow gold bezels and centered on the thin 18K yellow gold band in between two little gold beads.
