Fangst Færøsk Laks No. 3 Smoked Over Beech Wood

Available from Scandinavian Specialties when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Its remote location in the North Atlantic, clear waters, cool steady temperatures, strong currents and protected fjords make the Faroe Islands the perfect place for salmon. People have lived off the ocean for centuries and have strong traditions for respecting nature’s resources. This FANGST salmon is smoked over beech wood and preserved in cold pressed organic rapeseed oil.
