Price is per lb Denmark's most famous cheese. This cheese is a deliciously savory, natural, semi-soft cheese. This cheese is aged for around three months. The cheese has tiny holes throughout the paste with cream to yellow in color. Havarti is made from high-pasteurized cow's milk. Caraway adds a lively texture and slightly savory flavor.
