Kaoru Sakurai Mug

Available from Art on The Table when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Kaoru Sakurai makes pottery in Mashiko, where pottery is their main industry. She is relatively new potter who tries many different way of making including clay and glazes. I can see female touch on her works, though at the same time, some pieces show power of clay and fire. *This particular cup has gold or silver edge on the top and bottom. Do not use microwave, it would sparkle and burns. Size : 4 in x 3.5 in Weight : 7.3 oz Material : Ceramic Microwave : NO Direct Fire : NO IH : NO Oven : NO
