This large square canvas is built entirely from painted concentric circles, each ring laid on in thick raised paint that stands proud of the surface. The circles shift in color and scale across the field, resolving into a portrait when viewed from a distance. The canvas is stretched and unframed, and the scale suits a large wall in a living room or entry.
