The Kalita Wave #185 is what we use in our cafes to brew cafe-grade pour-overs, back to back. The flat bottom design promotes even extraction and the geometry of the paper filters ensures that the water saturates coffee particles from all angles. Ideal for brewing 12-24oz of coffee.
