Ruffled handkerchief walls fold up and flare outward in peaks on this comic ruffled planter, which stands on a small round foot. Color comic-strip panels, speech balloons and figures decorate the surface all the way around. The flared planter is a playful home for a trailing houseplant on a kitchen windowsill.
