TORO Raspeballer are a Norwegian food tradition that goes well with salted mutton, sausage and bacon – preferably with TORO Kålrabistappe. Easy to like, easy to make. Preparation 1.)Mix the contents of the bag with 3 dl cold water and let it swell for 10 minutes. 2.)Form the raspeball
