UK Import, metric measurements The late Murdo Alex Macritchie, who was known as ‘The Hebridean Chef’, created HAAR ‘Pop up’ restaurants to showcase his innovative style of cooking using traditional ingredients. Motivated by the quality of the produce available and inspired by the rugged Hebridean landscape and the distinctive Gaelic culture of the islands, he created a modern Hebridean cuisine. HAAR The New Hebridean Kitchen contains some of his recipes, photographs of many of his dishes and of
