Su Meli Crabonaxia Sardinian Millefiori Honey - Spring 250 gram jar - Crabonaxia, Sardinia Every millefiori honey is different, depending on what's blooming at the time. This honey was "captured" in April, which means the predominant pollen is: dandelion, rosemary, wild lavender and cardoon. The result? Amazing! Creamy. Complex. Not too sweet. Supply of 2020 is limited. (Thought, hopefully, there is some 2021 not too far behind!)
