This framed oil painting features a detailed portrait of a sad clown wearing a blue hat with a daisy, a red polka-dot bowtie, and a blue jacket over a yellow shirt . Hand-signed and dated "Syl '88," the artwork is presented within a textured inner border and housed inside a substantial dark wood frame .
