55 gram bar - Austin, Texas Rich aromas of spiced wine rise immediately—red fruit, clove, and cinnamon layered over intense cacao. On the palate, dark chocolate’s boldness is softened by warming spices and the subtle tannins of red wine. The finish lingers long and complex, a blend of fruit, spice, and cacao that seems to warm from the inside out. KESSHŌ creates this bar by soaking cacao nibs in a fragrant mixture of Cointreau, Rum, and Marsala, for a tangy red wine flavor in the finished bar. F
