Olsen Farms' Desiree and Red LaSoda potatoes roasted with salt, pepper and gochugaru (korean red pepper, a delicious warming spice), tossed into a hand-laminated buttermilk biscuit along with loads of organic chives and Beecher's flagship cheddar.
