Black books matter because Black stories matter. This enamel pin is for the reader who knows that representation in literature is not a trend. It is a necessity. Wear it as a reminder that the stories being written, published, and read by Black authors are worth protecting, amplifying, and celebrating. The Black Stories Matter pin is part of the Black and Bookish collection by Rebellious Pins, created for Black readers, educators, librarians, and everyone who believes diverse books change lives.
