Each week, we select the single origin we are most excited about from our current rotation — Ethiopia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, and whatever new lot just landed on the cupping table — and roast it fresh for your order. Most orders leave the roastery within 2–3 business days. This isn't a random grab bag. It's a curated selection based on what's tasting best right now, which means you'll try coffees at their seasonal peak before they rotate off the menu. Som
