Shizu Yuri Petty Knife with Wooden box

Available from Art on the Table when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Shizu has crafted traditional Japanese knives, such as Santoku knives, Nakiri knives, and Deba knives, into simple and user-friendly styles. The three-layer steel blade uses rust-resistant stainless steel on both sides and molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel for the core material to maintain sharpness for a long time. To make it water-resistant, we have included a ferrule between the handle and the blade to prevent water from entering. Size : L 9.8 in Blade: 5.5 in Weight :2.3 oz Material : Thre
