Circa 1861, London. This exquisite 18KT gold Victorian ring features beautiful embellishments engraved on both the shoulders and the shank, with initials carved into the face of the ring. The top of the ring opens to reveal a locket of hair. Vessel rings like this one have been used for centuries to carry keepsakes, relics, and remembrances of departed loved ones.
