5.2% ABV Fake Train is our fresh hop West Coast pale ale brewed with a blend of pilsner malts and flaked oats. Fake Train was hopped in the kettle with Mosaic, Columbus, and Citra Incognito, then steeped on a massive amount of fresh Cascade hops from CLS Farms. Our pale ale was fermented cool with our house lager strain and dry hopped with Mosaic, Nectaron, Mosaic Liquid Lupulin, and fresh Nelson Sauvin cold-pressed hop juice.
