The blend that started it all. Leviathan is our flagship espresso — the same coffee that won America's Best Espresso at CoffeeFest Portland in 2015, and the shot we pull at all three of our Seattle cafes every single day. The blend is 70% natural Ethiopia Guji and 30% washed Brazil. The Guji brings the fruit — a cherry cola sweetness and ripe plum character that's unmistakable. The Brazil adds structure: a smooth, low-acidity base with brown sugar depth and a dark chocolate finish that lingers.
