TENDRESSE, our iconic sheep’s milk bar The TENDRESSE bar combines the voluptuousness of intense cocoa with the sweetness of sheep’s milk which, by tempering its intensity, releases a warm and delicate emotion. This is a dark milk: a milk chocolate with a high cocoa content (52% versus 25%–35% for the majority of milk chocolates). Sheep’s milk is easier to digest than cow’s milk and provides an incomparable creaminess with caramel notes. Ingredients: organic Kamili cocoa beans from Morogoro, Tanz
