INSCYD Testing Protocol

Available from Métier when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

The INSCYD test protocol offers metabolic insights far beyond what an FTP test can deliver, so you can train with the highest efficiency, and fuel properly. After your test, we deliver a document outlining metabolic strengths and weaknesses, power zone targets across multiple energy systems, and fueling requirements at each level of intensity. With a consultation, we break down the data, and turn them into actionable items based on your goals.
