Available from Ballard Consignment when we last checked, in the last two days. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

A rigid round hand fan rather than a folding one, this painted fan carries a scene of a woman in flowing white, coral and red robes among massed peony blooms on a tan ground. A gold-toned braid edges the disc, and the dark turned handle ends in a red tassel. The round fan makes painted wall art for a bedroom or a hallway.
