Shizu has crafted traditional Japanese knives, such as Santoku knives, Nakiri knives, and Deba knives, into simple and user-friendly styles. The three-layer steel blade uses rust-resistant stainless steel on both sides and molybdenum-vanadium stainless steel for the core material to maintain sharpness for a long time.
