The Madshus Panorama M78 Nordic Ski is the widest offering in their 'Backcountry downhill' category blending traditional nordic and backcountry performance. At 78mm wide at the waist and 109mm wide at the tip, the M78 looks more like an alpine touring ski than a traditional cross country ski. Almost double the width of groomed Nordic tracks, the Panorama M78 is the perfect ski to tackle soft snow, steep terrain, and multiday backcountry adventures. This ski uses Madshus's Omnitrack waxless base
