Nipper Infusion Jars

Available from Alair when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Infuse your spirits without chemicals, preservatives, or high fructose corn syrups. These delicious infusion jars are created using freeze-dried fruits, herbs, and bitter-infused sugar cubes. All you have to do is add the alcohol! INFUSION METHODS The Fast Way: Pour suggested alcohol into a pot on the stove and heat until hot, but DO NOT BOIL. Carefully pour hot spirit into jar over infusion ingredients. Put the lid on tightly, shake well, let cool (usually about 30 minutes), strain, and enjoy!
