This is a vibrant, finely milled ceremonial-grade matcha with a bright emerald hue and a naturally sweet, umami-rich profile. It's perfect whisked into traditional tea, made into lattes, or used to elevate your favorite recipes with refined matcha flavor. How to Serve: Sift 1 teaspoon of powder into a chawan (tea bowl) and add 1/4 cup of hot water (165 °F, not boiling). Whisk with a chasen (bamboo whisk) until frothy. (Optional: add sweetener.)
