Large SR Cones

Available from Seattle Pottery Supply when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Orton Large SR Pyrometric Cones are designed for precise temperature monitoring in kiln firing, particularly suited for use with kiln sitters. These cones reliably bend at specific heat-work levels, helping potters and ceramicists achieve consistent and accurate firing results. Ideal for high-temperature firings, they ensure your kiln reaches and maintains the desired range, protecting your work and optimizing glaze and clay body maturation.
