A small wood fired teapot, offering a rustic yet refined vessel for any tea service. Hand crafted by local artist Jonathan Steele. Jonathan uses a blend of stoneware and porcelain clays with wild deposits of clay and sand, collected from the puget sound region. He fires Anagama as well as western-style wood kilns, using Douglas Fir, Red Alder, Maple, Walnut, and Oak for heat and ash. NOTES Ceramic | 5 oz | Made in Redmond, Washington.
