Foundry Blend is our new flagship coffee, named after our state-of-the-art "Foundry" bakery. Sourced from Ethiopia, Guatemala, and Colombia, this medium roast leans slightly darker for a rich, full-bodied experience. Well-balanced and inviting, it features notes of milk chocolate, bright lemony acidity, and a complex floral finish. Scientifically calibrated for maple bar enjoyment. You wouldn't pair a steak with a white wine. In developing our Foundry Blend, we honed our roast to pair perfectly
