Hidden City

Available from Zoka Coffee Company / University when we last checked. Sold from the shop’s own store; the price there is the one that counts.

Our Hidden City Coffee Blend is Zoka's darkest roast, created using a blend of coffees that provide dimensionality and a roast profile that preserves the intrinsic qualities of the coffee. It's vibrant and sweet for a coffee roasted to this degree. Rich, dark chocolate dominates the flavor profile accented with fresh and dried fruits (figs and dates). Hidden City is a medium-full bodied coffee with low-medium acidity. Cupping notes of dark chocolate, plum, caramel, pecan and molasses.
