Marella Organic Maccheroni is a twisted strand pasta that cooks up beautifully without unravelling. Highly recommended for any sauce. Maccheroni in Italy has forever meant any type of pasta, both fresh and dried, cooked in boiling water or served in broth. In fact, the book, La Pasta, has 40 different pasta names and shapes that are all called Maccheroni. Marella uses the highest quality, local grain varieties and is ICEA certified organic. Imported from Italy. 1.1 lb
