Dimensions in inches (Width x Height x Depth): 6 x 7.5 x 5.25 Hand carved and painted wood carving, made in Oaxaca Mexico by master wood carver Vasquez family. Vasquez combines pre-Colombian patterns in such a way as they appear as optical art which is very interesting and beautiful. This piece is very intricately carved out of a single piece of copal wood and painted in zapotec design using acrylic paint. It is also finished with lacquer to give it shine. Oaxacan wood carvings are whimsical and
