The interior has 18k yellow gold PVD plating inside of the ring, and the exterior showcases a sleek black PVD plated brushed finish. PVD gold plating is thicker than standard gold plating so it will last longer than a normal gold plated ring. PVD coatings are extremely durable and long lasting - it is a very thin coating of metal compounds applied
