The Gamakatsu Big River Bait Hook is a powerful option for tube flies and trailer hook rigs targeting steelhead, salmon, and other strong fish. Its wide gap and aggressive bend offer excellent hook-up and holding power, while the upturned point ensures solid penetration. The forged design delivers serious strength with a relatively light profile, making it ideal for rigging behind intruders, tubes, and articulated patterns where reliable performance is critical.
