Wildwood Spirit Co.’s versatile Solgud (Swedish for “sun god”) captures those rays in a sweet and spicy liqueur. Made with the zest of Seville oranges and fennel seed, it is aged in their used bourbon barrels for three months. With hints of citrus and vanilla mingled with flavors of anise, it’s perfect as a float on your favorite margarita or on its own for a delightful digestif.
