On a distant planet, two young women lead vastly different lives intertwined by the grim realities of war. Princess Yūki Soleil is the naive, twelve-year-old ruler of the Soleil Kingdom, surrounded by devoted officers and protected from the harsh truth of political instability. Her only goal is to fill her kingdom with smiles. Meanwhile, Stella Shining is a capable, stoic soldier serving in the Grandiga Empire's elite military unit—a woman who smiles only to survive and protect her comrades. Whe
