Our Essential Bike Fit is a professional bike fitting experience for all levels of cyclists who want to improve their efficiency and prevent overuse injuries. Relying on a biomechanical assessment, and precision instruments, we fine-tune saddle height, saddle fore/aft position, handlebar reach, and cleat alignment for optimal ankle, knee, and hip alignment. Lastly, we utilize 3D pressure mapping technology, measuring you across all relevant riding positions, to fine-tune your saddle choice. This
