Think of the Eider as the Widgeon’s broad-shouldered sibling. It shares the same expedition pedigree (originally born from the 1990 K2 expedition) but offers a wider cut for those who need extra room. Now offered as an even lighter-weight option with Pertex® Quantum Pro® fabric, it remains a favorite for winter mountaineering and snow camping, giving you the space to wear a parka inside and push the warmth rating even lower.
